We provide free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 via United States Postal Service, which provides fast delivery with priority mail (approx. 1-3 business days) from when they leave our warehouse directly to your mailbox, eliminating the need to wait at home for your package.

Packages arrive in approx. 1-3 business days, from the time they ship out of our warehouse, directly to your mailbox.

Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your order is shipped.

3-Day Delivery: Fed Ex

We also offer 2-Day Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 10 a.m. (MST). Orders placed after 10 a.m. ship the next business day. Friday orders will not be delivered until Tuesday. A signature is required upon delivery.

Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. No P.O. Boxes, Physical Address Required. Overnight shipping does not apply to U.S. Commonwealths such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Shipping costs vary per country, however the shipping rate will be provided upon checkout.

All International orders are subject to Customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped and payment is the responsibility of the customer, not Better Choice Products. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks, depending on Customs. Signature may be required upon delivery. Better Choice Products reserves the right to cancel any International order. Shipping charges, taxes, and other country’s fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase on Better Choice Products.com We value you as a member of the Better Choice Products family and strive to meet your expectations with the products and service we provide. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please feel free to return the product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of the order date on the packing slip. To ensure a timely refund, please return the item(s) immediately by simply following the steps below.

1) If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

2) For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via USPS. Better Choice Products is not liable for packages lost during shipping.

3) Better Choice Products will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
